Alberta Anderson

Alberta K. Anderson, 86, of Delhi, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2019 suddenly at her home. Born on October 25, 1932 in Walton, the daughter of the late Warner and Pauline Bertha (North) Kingsbury. She was married to John Anderson on March 28, 1953 in Bloomville, a union that lasted 59 years until John passed on November 1, 2012. Alberta was employed for several years for Clark Companies of Delhi. She enjoyed crafting and sewing, she was a gifted seamstress, she also liked making silk flower arrangements. Alberta was a member of the Rebekah’s, formerly of Delhi. Besides her parents and husband, Alberta was predeceased by her brothers: Bob and Myron Kingsbury; and a son-in-law: Tom Avery. She is survived by her children: James (Tracey) Anderson of Delhi, John Anderson of Delhi, Donald (Shari) Anderson of Andes, Nancy Avery of Hamden and Gary (James Lalonde) Anderson of Malone; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings: Doug, Linda, Betty, Thelma, Tom and Gloria; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
