Amos Gray

JEFFERSON _ Amos W. (Wes) Gray Jr., 37, of Jefferson, passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2012, at Bassett Healthcare, Cooperstown. He was born Oct. 31, 1974, in Muncy, Pa., the son of Amos and Cindy Gray. He worked at Catskill Craftsmen, Inc., as a pellet mill operator. Amos loved and enjoyed the time he spent with his daughter doing the things they enjoyed together. He also looked forward to fishing, bowling, archery shooting and especially going for a cup of coffee. He is survived by his daughter, Rilie; his parents, Amos and Cindy Gray; a sister, Rebecca Minalga; nephews, Hunter and Edward; brother-in-law, Daniel Minalga; and his grandparents, Amos and Donna Gray and Richard and Marybelle Shurtz; as well as aunts, uncles and cousins. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Calling hours will take place from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday, April 13, 2012, at the MacArthur Funeral Home, Hobart, followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m. with Pastor Lorraine Coscia-Ackerman officiating.
