Arthur J. Kinsley

Arthur J. Kinsley, 72, of Harpersfield, passed away suddenly at his home on Monday, July 7, 2025.

Born on September 14, 1952 in Queens, NY, Arthur was the son of the late Letson J. and Clara (Swisloski) Kinsley.

He proudly served in the US Navy from 1970 until his honorable discharge in 1974.

Arthur worked for ALK Pharmaceuticals in Port Washington, NY, where he retired as Manager of Health and Safety in 2021.

He was married to Helen-Louise Kinsley.

Arthur was a true outdoorsman; he loved hunting and fishing and had been traveling up the Harpersfield area since 1989. Following his retirement Arthur and Helen-Louise fulfilled his lifelong dream of moving to their country home in Harpersfield on October 20, 2021.

He is survived by his wife: Helen-Louise Kinsley; three children; six grandchildren; sisters: Clair and Louise; brother: Daniel; along with nieces, nephews and close friends and neighbors.

A celebration of Arthur’s life is being planned and will be announced.
