Candice Debias

Candice Jean DeBias, 61, of Andes, N.Y. passed away January 16, 2017 in Albany, N.Y. Candy lived in Andes with her partner Jay Govendo and their fur babies. Candy loved taking walks through the park and anything having to do with family and friends. Candy was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Pauline Collins, and life partner Thomas Egnaczak Jr. Candy is survived by her siblings: Roy (Elyse) Collins, Brenda (Pip) Bower, and Melissa Collins. Children: John and Toby DeBias, Casey Anderson, Indea (Jeffrey) Knapp, and Hope Egnaczak. Grandchildren: Thomas, Zack and Paige Anderson, Landon Egnaczak, Deagan Sawyer, Gideon and Phoebe Knapp. A Funeral Service will be held at the Andes United Methodist Church, 328 Lower Main St., Andes, on Saturday, January 21st, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. A small fellowship will follow the service. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Albany Medical ICU team for their support in her final days.
