Carol L. Roe

Carol L. Roe, 50, of East Meredith, passed away suddenly early Tuesday morning, October 12, 2021 at AO Fox Memorial in Oneonta. Born on January 4, 1971, in Delhi, she was the daughter of Marshall and Donna Dibble. She had worked as a nursing aide at the former Delaware County Infirmary. Carol enjoyed crafting, painting, and decorating for the holidays. She often would enjoy going out for coffee and taking a drive. In her younger years, Carol enjoyed getting outdoors and 4 wheeling. She is survived by her husband: Dale Roe of East Meredith; her parents: Marshall and Donna Dibble of Delhi; four children: Derek (Ashley Schmitt) Of East Meredith, Tammy Roe of East Meredith, Kayla (Jeremy) Schriver of Davenport Center and Ryan Roe of Davenport Center; grandchildren: Carmen, Ayslin, Miley, Brianna, Tyler, Isaac, Kinsey, Kayra, Lelia, Imogen, Malaya, Dyer, Chanler and Ava; sisters: Connie (Wesley) Hall of PA and Hope (Rob) Dibble of Delhi; brother: Dwayne “Zeke” (Carol Sue) Dibble of Davenport Center; aunt and uncle: Pat and Wayne Northrup of East Meredith; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
