Cecelia M Koenig

Cecelia M. Koenig, 49, of Oneonta, formerly of Delhi, passed away on November 14, 2021 at Bassett Medical Center, Cooperstown. Born on November 12, 1972 in Queens, NY, Cecelia was the daughter of the late Herman J. and Marianne (Jacoby) Koenig. Cecelia was a graduate of Delaware Academy in Delhi and attended The Art Institute of Pittsburgh pursuing a degree in Music Video Business. For several years she traveled the country working at county fairs and carnivals for Gillette Shows. Later she settled back in the area and for the last several years she has been living in the Oneonta Area. Besides her parents, Cecelia was predeceased by her sister: Linda Louise Koenig. She is survived by her brother: Alfred Koenig of Holland Patent, NY along with several aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends and relatives are invited to call on the family from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at the Hall & Peet Funeral Home, 134 Main Street, Delhi, where a memorial service will follow. All are invited to a reception to follow at the Delhi Fire Hall. Burial will be held in the spring at Ouleout Valley Cemetery, Franklin.
