Charles Mansheffer

HOBART — Charles H. Mansheffer, 94, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away on Oct. 5, 2014. He was born Feb. 28, 1920, in Stamford, the son of Charles and Mabel (Pierce) Mansheffer Sr. Graveside services with military honors as a World War II veteran will take place at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2014, in Locust Hill Cemetery, Hobart, with the Rev.
