Darla L. Clark

Darla Lee Clark, passed away on Saturday February 7, 2026, in Woodland Village Nursing Home Sarasota Florida, due to complications from Pneumonia.

Darla was born June 4, 1943, to Charles W. Sutliff and Leta M. Heller. She graduated from Delaware Academy in 1964. Following graduation, she enrolled in Albany Medical School of Nursing, as an RN. Darla worked in Labor and Delivery most of her working life caring for newborns. She also had a position as a lactation consultant.

In high school Darla enjoyed singing and had always been in many choral groups, both in school and in church.

Darla also enjoyed reading and crocheting. She collected kewpie dolls and nursing memorabilia.

In June 1964, she married Donald K. Clark. They had 2 sons: David Clark (Christine) and Darrin Clark, both of Florida. Darla and Don also have a grandson, Simon Lawton.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1PM on Saturday May 2, 2026 at MacArthur Funeral Home, 134 Main Street, Delhi, NY, graveside services will immediately following at Woodland Cemetery.
