David A. Kulaski passed away in his Florida home on October 2, 2025.
He was born on January 27, 1969, in Walton, NY to William Kulaski, Jr. and Linda (Ambrusko) Kulaski.
David was raised on the family farm on Wickham Road in Bovina Center and graduated from Delaware Academy Central School in 1987 where he was a standout quarterback and student. He went on to pursue a bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of Albany in 1991.
Following college, his life brought him to Steamboat Springs, Colorado and then to Atlanta, Georgia before settling in the St. Louis, Missouri area. David was a highly successful entrepreneur with an eye for the details and was known for his customer care and personal attention.
David married Margarita Costes in 2019. He and Margarita enjoyed their time together in St. Louis before relocating to Jupiter, Florida in 2020 for sunshine and warmth. They loved traveling together to far off locations and exploring places in the US.
He is survived by his wife, Margarita, of North Palm Beach, FL, stepdaughter Maddy Lieberman (Scott) of West Palm Beach, FL, father, William Kulaski, Jr. (Linda Lou Weaver) of N. Fort Myers, FL, brother William Kulaski, III (Lisa) and nephew William Kulaski, IV, of Delhi, and many, many beloved cousins, aunts, family and friends. He was predeceased by his mother, Linda, in 2017.
Dave loved his visits to Delhi to see his family and to reconnect and reminisce with his long-time high school friends, including Jay Wilson (Abby), John Maney, David Reynolds, John Nealis, Eric Pipa and Kurt Mable. He will be missed by other fond friends from college and beyond, including Chris Brigati, Paul Faulhaber, Bruce Geller, Andrew Litchfield, and Charles Prisco.
David was a sweet, kind soul who always wanted to lend a helping hand and loved his family and friends. We loved him so much, his smile and his laughter. David will be deeply missed and although his time with us may have been short, we have so many wonderful memories to carry with us as we move ahead.
Friends and relatives are invited to call from 4PM-7PM on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the Hall-Peet Funeral Home, 134 Main Street, Delhi, NY, where a celebration of life will be held at 11AM on Friday, October 31, 2025, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery, Delhi and a gathering at the Delaware River Masonic Lodge in Delhi afterwards.
