Hobart David J. Loucks, 63 of Hobart, NY died July 22, 2013 at Bassett Healthcare, Cooperstown. He was born November 29, 1949 in Stamford, the son of Clarence and Jane (Pickton) Loucks. He was an United States Army Veteran. He was a truck driver in Windsor, NY. David is survived by his sister Diane Shafer of Stamford, NY.
