David E Moore, 62, born July 14, 1957 to Richard and Francis (Councilman) Moore, beloved brother, husband, dad and granddad, passed away early Sunday morning, July 21, 2019 following a long and courageous battle with cancer. Friends and relatives are invited to call on the family from 2-5 pm on Saturday, July 27, at the MacArthur Funeral Home, 134 Main St., Delhi. Where a celebration of David's life will follow at 5 pm.
