Dolores Douglas Boardman

Dolores Douglas Boardman, 93, died December 4, 2021, in Oneonta, NY. She was born on October 27, 1928, in Astoria, Queens, New York City to Frank and Ellen (Zidlicky) Dlouglenski. She worked as a medical technician running stress tests at the Beth Israel Hospital for many years. After retirement, Dolores moved to the lower Hudson Valley. She later moved with her son to Hobart, NY. Dolores was predeceased by her son Bruce D. Boardman, and is survived by a cousin, Irene Steinman, of Middle Island, NY; and a niece, Kathryn (Katie) A. Boardman, of Cooperstown, NY. She is remembered for her quick wit, love of animals, and enjoyment of her farm home and land in Hobart. A private family and neighbor memorial gathering is planned.
