Dora Mcloud

LEXINGTON — Dora M. McLoud, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital, Oneonta. Dora was born March 1, 1927, in Lexington, the daughter of Mabel and Claude Rappleyea. Dora is survived by her daughters, Linda (David) Nygard, Cheryl (Stephen) Carter; and a son, Robert McLoud. She is also survived by grandchildren, Cheryl Davis, Michael Nygard, Stephen Carter; and a brother, Kenneth (Hope) Rappleyea. A sister, Cleita, predeceased her. Dora most enjoyed visiting with friends, gardening, reading and her many needlework projects. She will be greatly missed by family, friends and her beloved cat, Muffin. There will be a graveside service at the time of interment in Fairlawn Cemetery, Prattsville. Condolences for the family may be sent to www.macarthurfh.com.
