Doris M. Clark

Doris M. Clark, 93, of Hobart, passed away at her home on Monday morning, October 10, 2022.

Born on September 11, 1929, in Harpersfield, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Clara (Lyons) Champlin.

For over 50 years, Doris worked for the former Bathgate Hospital and then finally retiring from Robinson Terrace Nursing Home.

Besides her parents, Doris was predeceased by her beloved companion: Ray Halstead; her children: Amy and Jack; and granddaughter: Nancy.

She is survived by her daughter: Carol (Gordon) Key of Hobart; grandchildren: Jeremy, Chris, Brian and Renee; great-grandchildren: Christopher and Chelsea; siblings: Margaret Decker, Donna Champlin and Leon Champlin; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be held from 4-7PM on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at MacArthur Funeral Home, 15 Buntline Drive, Stamford, where a funeral service will be held at 11AM on Friday, October 14. Burial will follow at Locust Hill Cemetery, Hobart.
