Frances Cecelia Gallagher

Frances Cecelia Gallagher, 53, of East Meredith formerly of Hobart, passed away unexpectedly Friday morning March 3, 2023.

Frances was born May 26, 1969 to Charles and Barbara Gallagher in Brooklyn, NY.

She was the eldest of four siblings: Patrick, Maria and Michael.

Our dearly departed is survived by her son and two daughters: Maria, Cecelia and Daniel.

Although being a native of Brooklyn, Frances always preferred to be here in the Catskills and has always considered it home. Anyone who knew Fran would agree that she was a woman who redefined compassion, humility, and empathy.

Calling hours will be held Sunday, March 12, 2023 from 1-4pm at MacArthur Funeral Home, 15 Buntline Drive, Stamford NY
