Franklin B. "Frank" Falknor, Jr.

Franklin B. Falknor, 95 of DeLancey, NY passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at Delhi Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

Born on February 4, 1929, in Chicago, IL, Frank was the son of the late Franklin B. and Jeanne (Aiken) Falknor, Sr.

Mr. Falknor proudly severed in US Army during WWII.

He was a graduate of Cornell University with a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Frank was married to May (Ciranni) Falknor on September 27, 1959, a union that lasted over 65 years.

He worked for a communications company as Director of Engineering, installing communications for many major facilities. Following his retirement he and May moved to DeLancey in 1991, to be close to nature, which was one of his greatest joys.

Besides his parents, Frank was predeceased by his sisters: Margaret and Anne.

He is survived by his devoted and beloved wife: May C. Falknor of DeLancey.

A memorial mass will be held at 11AM on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at St. Peter’s Church, Cross Street, Delhi, NY with the Rev. Edward Golding celebrant.
