Georgette G. Henshall

Georgette G. Henshall, 97, of Stamford, formerly of Carlstadt, NJ, passed away on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at Robinson Terrace in Stamford.

Born on October 9, 1924, in Carlstadt, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Bendict W. and Jeanette Groth.

She was married to Charles J. Henshall who passed away in 1998.

Georgette worked for B&D Medical Supply in East Rutherford, NJ until her retirement. She relocated to Stamford to be closer to her family in 2016.

She enjoyed crossword puzzles but her greatest joy was her family, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Georgette is survived by her children: Georgette (John) Hasch and Charles (Susan) Henshall all of North Harpersfield; five grandchildren: Christopher, Erin, Dawn, Michele and Jeff; 12 great-grandchildren; and her sister: Jeannette Prush.

A memorial service will be held at 10AM on Friday, October 21, 2022 at Carlstadt Presbyterian Church, 457 Division Ave, Carlstadt, NJ 07072. Burial will take place at Crest Haven Cemetery in Clifton, NJ
