~~Jeffrey C. All, 59, of Hobart, passed away at Robinson Terrace Nursing Home in Stamford on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 after a short battle with cancer. Born January 15, 1958 in West Point, Jeffrey was the son of the late Eugene All and June Sackett Nolan. Jeff worked for various farms in the Delaware County area over the years as a mechanic and laborer. Besides his mother, June Nolan of Stamford, he is survived by his brother: John T. All of Hobart, James D. All of Jefferson and Gerald All of FL; one sister: Genie Stoesser of Davenport and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends and relatives are invited to call on the family from 5-7PM on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at the MacArthur Funeral Home, 40 Cornell Ave., Hobart, where a celebration of his life and time of sharing will follow at 7PM at the funeral home.
