Joanne E. Decker

Joanne E. Decker, 69, of Bloomville, NY, passed away peacefully from natural causes in Cooperstown, NY on December 18th, 2022.

Born Joanne E. Odell in Westchester County, NY, she worked at the Readers Digest headquarters in Chappaqua, NY, before moving to the Bloomville area in 1985.

She married Jerome Decker in 1992 and worked many years at the Delaware County Clerk's Office.

Joanne was predeceased by her husband, Jerome Decker, and her brother, Paul E. Odell.

She left behind her son: Clifford Odell; her stepson: Bryan Decker; and her beloved dog, Zooey.

Joanne was an incredibly kindhearted person who had a great love of animals and nature.

At Joanne’s request, there will be no funeral or memorial services.
