Kerriann (Kerri) Rinehart, 47, of Harpersfield, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 17, 2026, at home.
Kerri was born in West Islip, NY on September 16, 1978. She graduated from Delaware Academy in Delhi, NY and went on to work for many years as an exceptional cook.
Kerri will be missed immensely by her husband Kevin; her loving children: Chase, Riley, and Ethan; father: Pete (Betty), mother in law: Carol; father in law: Steve; grandmother: Gloria; siblings: Richard, Colleen, and Sierra (Tyrone); nephews: Anthony, Brycen, Edward, and Samuel; niece: Adaline; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, close friends, and loyal companions: Pugsly, Ophelia, and Tweet.
Kerri was preceded in death by her mother: Linda Slavinski; grandfather: Edward Slavinski; grandmother: Jacqueline Carnacchio; grandfather: Alfred Carnacchio; uncle: Richard Carnacchio; and aunt: Margaret Slavinski.
Kerri will be remembered as a selfless mother and wife, that raised her children with love and devotion. Kerri was an incredibly hard worker and lived a life with purpose. She was most known for her passions and talents. Her green thumb was unparalleled; everything she touched blossomed and thrived under her watch. Kerri was a gifted artist, beginning with acrylics at a young age and most recently, mastering ceramics. Also, she was an incredible cook and her recipes will be treasured for years to come. Kerri loved music; it brought her so much joy and comfort. The lives she touched with her kindness and generosity are immeasurable.
A celebration of Kerri’s life will be held from 10AM until 12PM on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at MacArthur Funeral Home, 15 Buntline Drive, Stamford, NY.
