Kathleen Brundege

Kathleen Brundege, 76, of Walton, NY, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at Delhi Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

Born on March 23, 1950, Kathleen was the daughter of the late Russell and Therese (Malloy) Marcy.

She worked for several local businesses and retired as a clerk at the Family Dollar in Walton.

Kathleen enjoyed sewing, spending time with her beloved cats, and shopping, often looking for the perfect purse to add to her ever-growing collection. She was also devoted member of the Walton Methodist Church. Her greatest passion was her family; she was especially proud of her grandchildren.

Besides her parents, Kathleen was predeceased by two husbands: Richard Terry and Gary Brundege; her son: Michael Terry; and sister: Patricia Houck.

She is survived by her children: Kevin (Sherry) Terry of South Kortright and Lori Courtney of Walton; two grandchildren: Ariel Terry and Alex Terry both of South Kortright; brother: Russell Marcy, Jr. of Cooperstown; and nephew and niece: Brent (Marie) Houck and Tina Sparling.

Private burial will be held in Walton Cemetery. A celebration of Kathleen’s life is being planned and will be announced later.
