Kirk Elters

SOUTH KORTRIGHT — Kirk E. Elters, 56, of the Horseless Carriage, South Kortright, passed away Monday, March 4, 2013, at home. He was born Nov. 12, 1956, in Passaic, N.J., the son of Murray and Barbara Lou Elters. Kirk lived in South Kortright the past 11 years where he enjoyed the South Kortright Volunteer Fire Department and was a participant in the "Walk for Life." He was a survivor of three previous cancers. He worked in livery, as a private pet care service and was a woodcarver. He is survived by his father, Murray Elters; and a brother, Bret Elters.
