Linda Slavinski

Delhi Linda Slavinski, 57 of Delhi, New York passed away Saturday, August 10, 2014 at Westchester Medical Center, Vallhalla, NY. She was born January 26, 1957 in Brooklyn, NY the daughter of Alford and Jaqulin Carnacchio. She married Peter Slavinski in 1992 in Delhi, NY. Linda was employed at Project Independence, Hobart and for the last 10 years she was House Manager for Springbrook. She enjoyed working in her flower gardens. Family and especially her granddaughter were very important to her. She is survived by her husband, Pete; three children, Kerriann (Kevin) Rinehart, Richard Slavinski and Colleen Slavinski; three sisters, Nancy LaMendola, Donna Cashman and Alison Carnacchio; her in-laws, Gloria and Ed Slavinski and her Granddaughter Riley Rinehart as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, mother and brother. There will be Calling Hours on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the MacArthur Funeral Home, Delhi, NY. Funeral Services and Burial will be in Massapequa, Long Island on Thursday and Friday. Contributions in her memory may be made to Springbrook.
