Margaret Owen Huggins

Margaret Owen Huggins, 87, of Norwich, formerly of Unadilla, Morris, Oxford, and Andes, passed into the arms of our Lord peacefully at Valley View Manor, Norwich, Friday, January 29, 2021. Margaret was born on November 1, 1933 in Turnwood, NY, the daughter of the late Bowman Owen and Rita Cook Owen. She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Kenneth Huggins, and her sister, Catherine Stewart. She is survived by daughter, Pamela Laughlin (Patrick) of Sarasota, FL, son, David Huggins of Riverside, Rhode Island, daughter, Tess Alexander (Bruce) of Eureka, South Dakota, grandson Blaine Laughlin and his fiancée Amelia Crespo of Charleston, South Carolina, brothers Bowman Owen and Gail Owen, both of Livingston Manor, sister in laws Florence (Sue) Huggins of Glenville, and Mabel Huggins of Scotia, along with several nieces and nephews. Due to Covid, there will be no service or gatherings, and a private burial will be later in the spring under the direction of MacArthur Funeral Home, Delhi.
