Marian Petrishen

GRAND GORGE Marian Ruth Petrishen, 90, long-time resident of Stamford and most recently Grand Gorge, died Wednesday, June 25th, 2014. Marian was born in Stamford on December 12, 1923, where she married the late Paul Petrishen. She was predeceased by her husband, Paul Petrishen, and her son Paul H Petrishen. She worked as the receptionist and assistant to optometrists Dr. Richard Glenn and Dr Robert Connelly for over five decades. Marian is survived by her daughter Pamela House of Surprise, AZ, six grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at MacArthur Funeral Home in Hobart, NY on Thursday, July 3 at 11:00am. Burial will take place in Stamford Cemetery, Stamford, NY.
