OTEGO Myrtle F. All, 71, of Otego, passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at home in Otego. She was born on April 18, 1941 in Connecticut, the daughter of Ed and Myrtle (White) Fletcher. She was pre deceased by her husband of 12 years, Ken All, on December 9, 2005. Myrtle loved flower gardening. She especially enjoyed decorating her home for Christmas. The Holiday Villages she collected and set around her home were affectionately known by her family as her "indoor flower garden." They brought joy during the winter months. Myrtle loved spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She was a loving mother. She is survived by a daughter, Katrina and Daniel Lyon of East Meredith; a son, William and Nancy Boest of Bloomville; a son Robert and Christine Boest of Bloomville; and a daughter, Brenda and Joe Carmody of Otego; grandchildren, Nicole Lyon of East Meredith, Andrew Lyon of East Meredith, Chad Boest and Teresa Stewart of Bloomville, Jesse Boest of Bloomville, Dylan Boest of Bloomville, Patrick Boest of Bloomville, Frankie Boest of Bloomville, and George Carmody of Otego; great grandchildren, Rodney German, Cole Boest, and Parker Boest; a sister, Barbara and Joe Gehrlein of Palm Bay, Fla; a special niece, Dawn and Jerry Morse of Gilbertsville; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was also predeceased by her brothers, George, Edward and Jim Fletcher. A celebration of life with take place on Saturday, February 16, 2013, at 2 p.m. at the home of Bill and Nancy Boest, 7331 County Highway 33, Bloomville. Burial will take place at the convenience of the family. Contributions in her memory are asked to be made to the Otego Emergency Squad, 5 River Street, Otego, NY 13825.
