Nadine G. Shampine

Nadine G. Shampine,78, of Delhi, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2025 at Albany Medical Center.

She was born on March 8, 1947, at Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC.

Nadine grew up in Delhi, NY and was a 1965 graduate of Delaware Academy.

Nadine enjoyed a variety of hobbies including gardening, hunting, baking, knitting, crocheting and her chickens. She had a deep passion for taking care of others, always making sure neighbors and friends were okay. Nadine enjoyed a good joke and was always sharing hers with her circle of friends over coffee. She had a love for animals, including raising seeing eye dogs for the blind.

Nadine met the love of her life, Timothy Shampine in 1979. She loved to go places and dance. Nadine also loved spending time with her family having get togethers and making food for everyone.

She was preceded in death by her father: Wallace West; mother: Bette Hood; brother: Leonard West; stepfather: John Hood; and her father-in-law: William Shampine.

Nadine is survived by her husband: Timothy Shampine; son: William Miglianti; daughters: Tracie and Christie Miglianti; brother: Dennis West; mother-in-law: Martha Shampine; grandchildren: Corey, Tyler, and Shawn; great-grandchildren: Jasen, Aubrey and Sadie.

Calling hours for Nadine will be held Sunday January 11, 2026, 1pm to 4pm at MacArthur Funeral Home 134 Main St. Delhi, NY.

A celebration of life may be held at the convenience of the family at a later date.
