Randy Thompson

Randy Thompson, 60, of Greene, passed away early Sunday morning, March 3, 2024 at Binghamton General Hospital.

Born on February 29, 1964 in Delhi, Randy was the son of the late James L. and Genevieve (Miner) Thompson and was raised in Treadwell.

Randy served in the US Army.

He worked for several years as a welder for Raymond Corporation in Greene.

He enjoyed collecting bottles, fishing and was proud of his #3 Intimidator Edition Chevrolet Monte Carlo, a tribute to Dale Earnhardt.

Randy is survived by his sister: Terry (Glenn) Wood of Meridale; brother: Eric Thompson of Treadwell; niece: Nicole (Tyler) Huyck of Treadwell; nephew: Clinton Wood of Treadwell; and grandnieces: Emma and Abigail.

At Randy’s request there will be no funeral services.
