Robert Shaw

Robert J. Shaw, 76, of Delhi passed away early Sunday morning, February 23, 2020 at Delhi Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Born on May 9, 1943 in Delhi, he was the son of the late Charles and Nellie (Adee) Shaw. Robert worked for Deltown Specialties waste treatment operation in Fraser for several years In his earlier years Robert was a talented artist and drawer. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and landscaping. He was also a tinkerer and enjoyed doing handyman projects and repairs in his shed, Robert enjoyed working with his hands. He also had a passion for cooking good food. He is survived by his children: David (Tanya) Shaw of Delhi, Annette (Phil) Carnicelli of Delhi, Robin Davis of Oneonta and Chad Shaw of Delhi; grandchildren: Charlie, Chelsea, Cody, Torry, Stephen, Helena, Mary and Jayden; siblings: Richard (Barb), Ronnie (Shirley) Loretta and Phyllis; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
