Sandra S. Davis

Sandra S Davis, 71, passed away peacefully on July 20, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on September 9, 1954, she lived a life rooted in love, kindness, and devotion to her loved ones.

Sandy, as she was known by most, was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, whose warmth touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.

She shared a beautiful love story with her husband, Ronald Davis, whom she married in 1979. They were true soulmates who adored one another through every season of life. Together, they shared a son, Ron Jr., who was deeply loved and brought immense joy to their lives and family during his short time on earth.

Sandy is survived by her devoted husband, Ron; her sisters: Ellie Sickler, Tozhia Donnell, and Lisle Undesser; her brother: Bruce Winant; her half-brother: Dennis Hartley; her beloved grandchildren: Brandon Winant, Aislyn Winant, Katje Mills, Michaela Mills and Mya Mills; treasured great-grandchildren, extended family members and dear friends; and her BFF and mother to grandchildren Aislyn & Brandon: Michelle Lee.

She was predeceased by her beloved son: Ronald E Davis Jr. (2/21/76-10/20/91)

Sandy was very artistic and painted many many ceramics at her mother-in-law’s shop, and later in life coloring and painting pictures. She was an animal lover, her most recent pet being a cat named Charlie, which she had asked to be sneaked into the hospital for a visit. She had a great sense of humor even to her last days always wanting to make people smile and laugh.

Her love lives on in the family she cherished so deeply.

She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.

There will be a celebration of Sandy’s life from 1:00 until 4:00PM on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at the Tremperskill Rod and Gun Club, 528 County Route 1, Andes, NY.
