Sarah A. (White) Rickrode

Sarah A. Rickrode, 27 of Delhi, passed away suddenly on Monday, October 14, 2024 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.

Born on November 8, 1996 in Walton, the daughter of Daniel and Stephanie (Dudley) White.

She was married to Shawn A. Rickrode on October 14, 2023.

Sarah was a lead teacher at the Delhi Campus Child Care Center and loved her “children” at DC4.

She enjoyed the outdoors and her cats, but her greatest passions was spending time with her family and friends and teaching her kids.

Sarah is survived by her husband: Shawn A. Rickrode of Delhi; her daughter: Sadie Rickrode of Delhi; father: Daniel White of Delhi; mother: Stephanie White of Delhi; brother: Daniel White of Delhi; grandmothers: Christine O’Brian of Treadwell, Estelle White of Delhi; mother-in-law: Christie Rickrode of Delhi; best friends: Rachael and Dustin Dougherty, and Cheryl Jones; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be held from 4-7PM on Monday, October 21, 2024 at the MacArthur Funeral Home, 134 Main Street, Delhi. A funeral service will be held at 11AM on Tuesday at the funeral home. Private burial will be held at Woodland Cemetery, Delhi.
