Thomas A. Banks, 74, of Delhi, passed away following complications from heart bypass surgery on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at Bassett Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family. At his request, there will be no calling hours or funeral services, private burial will be held at Woodland Cemetery, Delhi.
